রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি (Return and Refund Policy)
Seraskill-এ আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মানের শিক্ষামূলক কন্টেন্ট প্রদান করার চেষ্টা করি। যেহেতু আমাদের পণ্যগুলো সম্পূর্ণ ডিজিটাল (অনলাইন কোর্স এবং ই-বুক) এবং কেনার সাথে সাথেই এক্সেস করা যায়, তাই আমাদের কোনো রিফান্ড পলিসি নেই।
১. কোনো রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় আমাদের সকল সেলস বা বিক্রি চূড়ান্ত। একবার কেনাকাটা সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাওয়ার পর এবং কোর্স ম্যাটেরিয়াল বা ই-বুকে এক্সেস পাওয়ার পর আমরা কোনো প্রকার রিফান্ড, পরিবর্তন বা বাতিলকরণ গ্রহণ করি না।
২. জেনে-বুঝে সিদ্ধান্ত নিন কোর্স বা ই-বুক কেনার আগে আমরা আপনাকে কোর্সের আউটলাইন, বিবরণ এবং প্রিভিউগুলো ভালোভাবে দেখে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করছি, যাতে কন্টেন্টটি আপনার প্রয়োজন পূরণ করতে পারে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত হতে পারেন।
৩. টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা কেনা কোর্স দেখতে বা ই-বুক ডাউনলোড করতে যদি আপনি কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হন, তবে আমরা সাহায্য করতে প্রস্তুত আছি। এক্সেস সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যা সমাধানে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম কাজ করবে।
